Tim is a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, Architectural Technologist, and Construction Manager, specialising in heritage conservation. He founded Quinquennial Inspections Limited in 2015, focusing on surveys for Almshouse charities. His extensive background includes work with the UK Government, qualifications in risk assessment, and active involvement in architectural education. He maintains a hands-on approach, personally conducting surveys on historic buildings.
Louise co-founded Quinquennial Inspections Limited in 2015 after 15 years at a Birmingham-based Chartered Surveying firm. Her time here helped her develop a strong knowledge of condition surveys, acquisitions, and disposals in both commercial and residential property. She is qualified for Legionella Risk Assessments and proficient in architectural model making, ensuring QI's smooth operation.
Katie has been working for the practice since 2016, after completing her BA(Hons) Architecture at Birmingham City University, she has since also completed her PGDip Architecture. Katie has experience in architectural design and building surveying; working on a range of projects from inception to completion.
Jo is a historical researcher specialising in architectural history, she has extensive experience of heritage statements work along with some experience of building recording, historic building energy surveys and QIs. She is a member of the Society of Architectural Historians of Great Britain and the Twentieth Century Society. Jo has a First Class BA (Hons) in History from the Open University and an MA with Merit in Conservation of the Historic Environment from Birmingham City University.
George has been working for the practice as a part-time Assistant Surveyor since 2017. He has recently compled his BArch (Hons) Architecture at Nottingham Trent University, George's part-time role consists of attending surveys, helping on site and providing a hand with CAD work.
Oonagh has been working in the business as a photographer on some jobs. She has a passion for photography and is intending on studying it at University within the coming months. She has helped take photos for this website and certain jobs over the past few years.
